Analysis: PBKS are again set for a complete revamp of their squad ahead of the upcoming IPL season. They have retained their dependable and exciting Indian batsmen from last season, namely Shashank Singh and Prabhsimran Singh. Not retaining Arshdeep Singh has raised some eyebrows, given that he is an Indian international and has been a key player in PBKS's bowling lineup throughout his career. PBKS does have 4 Right to Match (RTM) cards, which can be used on capped players. It will be interesting to see how PBKS utilizes these to bring back some of their core players from previous seasons, such as Arshdeep Singh, Liam Livingstone, Sam Curran, Kagiso Rabada and Harshal Patel.
